Krug Park.

Krug Park can be found at the north end of Parkway St. Joseph, Saint Joseph, Missouri. It boasts extensive landscaping and flowerbeds as well as Italian Renaissance-style structures. This park is a favorite destination for residents as well as visitors to the city. This park offers many activities, such as a nature trail and a playground. There is also a cafe.

Krug Family donated 140 acres to park in 1936. This gave the park its current shape. Over the years, several improvements have been made to the park, including a castle play area and a wading pool. One of the most impressive outdoor light displays in Northwest Missouri is located in the park.

Krug Park's entry is marked by a stone conservatory and a gateway. Krug Park opened its doors on May 6, 1902. The park also featured exotic animals and alligators. There were also "Robidoux Cabin" and old war cannons. This cabin was falsely claimed to have been owned by Joseph Robidoux.

You can visit the park free of charge. To help maintain the park and add new exhibits, donations are welcome. More than 100,000 people visit the park each year.
