    Pet Food Extrusion J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills is also aware that it is more economical to transport and store pet food in bags rather than bulk products. Fairview Mills is one the many J-Six Enterprises divisions. We have the infrastructure to handle your bulk, loose pet food ingredients, and then bag them to your specifications. It is much easier to transport your products from raw product to ready to use pet food. Send us whole corn for example. We can unload it, mill and package it however we need. Now your raw corn is ready for the next stage in the pet food industry.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

It is important to verify that the packaging of your pet food ingredients in bags, trays and other containers is accurate and quality-controlled. To ensure that your pet food ingredients are properly packaged, we run each product through our analytics laboratory to check for moisture, nutrients, and other metrics. Next, we vigorously sift your ingredients to get rid of as much dust and chaff. This helps improve the quality your pet food ingredients. Additionally, it ensures that a fifty-pound bag of pet food is full of your product and not with chaff. When you can be sure that a fifty-pound bag of corngluten is indeed fifty pounds, it will help you track inventory more accurately.

Clients looking for manageable, stackable bags of fifty pounds that can be handled individually or as a group are well-served by 50 pound bags. You can choose from a variety of materials and sealing methods to make these bags. Multi-wall paper bags, which are eco-friendly alternatives to plastic bags, are usually sealed by sewing or pinching. 1000 Pound Tote, Poly Lined

It is helpful to have totes that can easily hold large quantities of pet food and ingredients. The one-thousand pound totes are ideal for transporting large quantities of pet food ingredients. 2000 Pound Super Bag - The Largest Size for Pet Food Ingredient Bulk Storage

This bulk bag (also known as a Super Sack) is one of our most preferred options for contract packaging. Super sacks have the ability to hold over a ton (or more) of pet food, as well as pet ingredients. These bags are durable and tough. These super sacks can either be stored or transported on their own. Because of their box-corner design, super sacks can be stackable on top of one another. Our sifting system will run your pet foods through before we fill these bags weighing in at over two thousand pounds with your quality products. These large capacity containers are not meant to be used as product packaging but for transport and storage.
