Pet Food Ingredient Supplier J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills is also aware that it is more economical to transport and store pet food in bags rather than bulk products. Fairview Mills can transload and bag your loose bulk pet food ingredients. It's much easier to move your products from raw material to ready-to-use pet foods. For example, send us whole corn. Our team will load it, mill it, then package it according to your specifications. Your raw corn will now be ready for the next phase in the petfood processing industry.

THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

If you plan to pack your pet food ingredients into bags and totes you need to make sure they are quality-controlled. To ensure that your pet food ingredients are properly packaged, we run each product through our analytics laboratory to check for moisture, nutrients, and other metrics. To remove as much dust and chaff from your ingredients as possible, we then vigorously sift them. This sifting helps to improve the quality and safety of your pet food ingredients. It also ensures that every fifty-pound bag contains your product. Being able to trust that the fifty-pound bag containing corn gluten is full of corn gluten will allow you to better track your inventory.
