    Pet food Ingredient Bagging

Fairview Mills also understands that it's often cheaper to store pet food and pet ingredients in bags than to transport them as loose, bulk products. Fairview Mills, one of the J-Six Enterprises Divisions, has the infrastructure and capability to transload bulk pet food ingredients in loose containers and bag them according your requirements. This makes it easier to move your products across the product line, from raw product to ready for use. For example, send us whole corn. Our team will load it, mill it, then package it according to your specifications. The raw corn can now be used for the next step of the pet food processing process.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

It is important to verify that the packaging of your pet food ingredients in bags, trays and other containers is accurate and quality-controlled. To ensure that your pet food ingredients are properly packaged, we run each product through our analytics laboratory to check for moisture, nutrients, and other metrics. We then sift through your ingredients vigorously to remove as much dust and chaff as possible. This process will improve the quality of pet food ingredients and ensure that your fifty-pound bag is completely filled with your product, not with chaff or dust. When you can be sure that a fifty-pound bag of corngluten is indeed fifty pounds, it will help you track inventory more accurately.
