    Corn Cob products

Fairview Mills knows that pet food and ingredients are often cheaper to transport in bags than loose products. Fairview Mills is one the many J-Six Enterprises divisions. We have the infrastructure to handle your bulk, loose pet food ingredients, and then bag them to your specifications. It is much easier to transport your products from raw product to ready to use pet food. For example, you can send your whole corn to us and we will unload, mill, and package it as you require. The next step in pet food processing is now that your raw corn has been processed.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

It is important to verify that the packaging of your pet food ingredients in bags, trays and other containers is accurate and quality-controlled. Each pet food ingredient is tested for moisture, nutrient loss, and other metrics in our analytical lab. After that, we vigorously sift the ingredients, to eliminate as much chaff or dust as possible. This process improves the quality of your pet foods ingredients. However, it also ensures that fifty-pound bags are filled with your product. When you can be sure that a fifty-pound bag of corngluten is indeed fifty pounds, it will help you track inventory more accurately.

Fairview Mills is a division J-Six Enterprises that supplies pet food ingredient packaging. This bag is meant for transport and storage. This is why many clients choose our super bags, totes and larger capacity bags. Fairview Mills will still find solutions for each customer. 50 Pound Bag - Perfect For Pallets

Clients looking for manageable, stackable bags of fifty pounds that can be handled individually or as a group are well-served by 50 pound bags. These bags come in a range of different construction materials and sealing methods. Multi-wall paper bags, which are eco-friendly alternatives to plastic bags, are usually sealed by sewing or pinching. You can choose from a variety of polyethylene bags or polypropylene bag styles, which can either be heat-sealed or sewn. Our 50-pound bags serve as ingredient packaging, but not product packaging. This packaging is ideal for pet food ingredients and allows for easy transport and storage.

1000 Pound Tote – Poly Lined

Totes that can carry large quantities of pet foods and pet ingredients with ease are a great option. The one-thousand pound totes are ideal for transporting large quantities of pet food ingredients. These sturdy totes are made of poly-lined material for durability and strength. The exterior fabric is covered with a poly lining that will prevent any small particles from getting lost in the poly lining. These large totes have a large capacity and are intended for easy transportation and storage. Before filling these large, one-hundred-pound bags with quality products, your pet food ingredients are run through our sifting equipment.

This bulk bag (also known as a Super Sack) is one of our most preferred options for contract packaging. Super sacks have the ability to hold over a ton (or more) of pet food, as well as pet ingredients. These bags are durable and tough. These super sacks can either be stored or transported on their own. Because of their box-corner design, super sacks can be stackable on top of one another. Your pet food ingredients are run through our sifting device before these large, two-thousand pound bags are filled with your quality products. These large-capacity totes can be used for transport and storage purposes only.
