The Wyeth - Tootle Manor, at 11th and Charles sts., is a historical mansion. William M. Wyeth constructed it in 1879. The Gothic design was created by Eckel and Mann Architects. They gathered ideas from their European travels and built the mansion in 1883. The Tootles lived there until 1887 when it was sold.
The mansion is three stories high and has a tower. The house is home to more than 40 rooms. Beautiful woodwork, imported stained glass, and hand-painted ceilings are just a few of the features found in the interior.
