    Latest Pet Food Milling News

    Pet food Milling J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills understands that it is often less expensive to store and transport pet food or pet food ingredients in bags as opposed to loose, bulk products. Fairview Mills can transload and bag your loose bulk pet food ingredients. It's much easier to move your products from raw material to ready-to-use pet foods. For example, send us whole corn. We will unload it and mill it. Then, we'll package it in the way you want. Your raw corn will now be ready for the next phase in the petfood processing industry.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

It is important to verify that the packaging of your pet food ingredients in bags, trays and other containers is accurate and quality-controlled. Our pet food ingredient packaging system includes running every pet food product through our lab to determine its moisture level, nutrient break down, and other metrics. We then sift through your ingredients vigorously to remove as much dust and chaff as possible. This helps improve the quality your pet food ingredients. Additionally, it ensures that a fifty-pound bag of pet food is full of your product and not with chaff. If you are able to trust that a bag of fifty pounds of corn flour is actually fifty, you will be able track inventory more accurately.
